As all products are custom-made:
- We follow a strict No Return and No Exchange policy
- This applies to:
- Made-to-order sarees
- Customized products
- Discounted or sale items
Each piece is specially created for you and cannot be resold or reused.
Order Confirmation Responsibility
We request all customers to:
- Carefully review product details before placing an order
- Double-check measurements, customization, and preferences
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
Measurement & Order Completion
- Required measurements and order details must be submitted within 6 months of order confirmation
- Failure to provide details within this timeframe will result in:
- Order cancellation
- No refund eligibility
Quality Assurance
Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.
Exceptional Cases
In rare situations such as:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product delivered
Our team will review the issue and provide a resolution at our sole discretion.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

- Lighting or screen differences
