No Return & No Exchange Policy

As all products are custom-made:

  • We follow a strict No Return and No Exchange policy
  • This applies to:
    • Made-to-order sarees
    • Customized products
    • Discounted or sale items

Each piece is specially created for you and cannot be resold or reused.


Order Confirmation Responsibility

We request all customers to:

  • Carefully review product details before placing an order
  • Double-check measurements, customization, and preferences

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.


Measurement & Order Completion

  • Required measurements and order details must be submitted within 6 months of order confirmation
  • Failure to provide details within this timeframe will result in:
    • Order cancellation
    • No refund eligibility

Quality Assurance

Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.


Exceptional Cases

In rare situations such as:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product delivered

Our team will review the issue and provide a resolution at our sole discretion.


Reporting an Issue

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
